My partner and I are Monterey County California residents, and we've been financially harmed in a Real Estate Purchase Transaction.
The harm includes statutory violations of procedure established for Consumer Protection, Broker Involved Disclosure Fraud, and concealed defects.
Unlike a typical situation related to Disclosure Fraud where a buyer lies, this, this one includes an Agent who stepped way beyond his rights and duties to assist with the concealment of defects and the fabrication of fraudulent disclosure documents. It also exposes a very wealthy and powerful broker who wants dearly to turn a Blind Eye, but seemingly without the proper patch to do so.
We are looking for Attorneys who do not have a current Residential Real Estate Practice who are interested in pursuing a gross example of Real Estate Broker Involved Disclosure Fraud that exposes Industry Wide Racketeering among all Licensed Brokers and Agents across California.
The statutory part of this case that exposes the industry wide racket is summed up in under half a page. It can be read and understood in under a minute. Getting one's head around the size of the Hoax that's been in play in CA for 30 years requires the rest of the information, and some time to digest it.
Unfortunately, this hoax, which is in fact a perfect way to describe it succinctly, could only have been perpetrated for this long with a MASSIVE amount of Attorney and legal industry oversight and collusion.
In fact, it may have actually been created by and fully sustained by the Legal Lobby, solely for business generation purposes. It likely has as much or more benefit to the Attorneys as it did the Seller and all Brokers.
Thus, our need for Attorneys with no active Real Estate Practice. Any California Attorney who's had even a single exposure to a Real Estate Disclosure Fraud case should know exactly what the scheme is and how it works.
At this point in time, we are eager to hear from non Real Estate Attorneys Licensed in California, but we are only cautiously optimistic, unfortunately.
We don't believe Attorneys without a Real Estate Practice can or will touch this either, due to one of numerous problems such as:
Blow back from the CA Bar for supporting the unmasking of a LONG STANDING legal industry hoax (as well as a RE industry hoax)
Blow back from local legal peers who are grossly maligned
Blow back from Mafioso leaders who may or may not be involved
Other...
We get it. It's a tough world out there.
That's what happens when the entire Legal System is hijacked, as it seems to be right now.
2023/06/10 - We started actively sending out Attorney solicitation emails .
2023/06/23 - We are hoping to have identified interested Attorneys by 5pm that Friday.
The case is transparent. The CA Code and Contract Clauses speak for themselves, but I'll be glad to add context for anyone who reaches out. We need an Attorney, and we got tired of telling a good story over and over again to find the person on the other end was clearly afraid of something.

Claim may/could/should/may not also include our own Transaction Coordinator, the Seller's Agent, the Seller, 2 contractors who were hired for concealment work and 2 inspectors who provided misleading reports for false disclosure statements.

So far dozens of Real Estate Attorneys have been put on notice and not one has replied disputing the situation. Not one. Not one has even had the courage to respond.
Numerous Industry Groups and the Brokers Involved have all refused to make any written statements opposing the information we've presented. I mean really, what could the possibly utter that wouldn't get shredded and fed to the sharks.
Anyone seeking to declare my position about 14A is incorrect, would have declare clause 13B is incorrect, and that's an even worse position to take up.
This brings new meaning to rock and hard place on an industry wide scale.
